CS2 LAR Weapon Leak: Everything We Know About the New Rifle
Valve is cooking something new for CS2. A weapon called the LAR just leaked. And it looks interesting.

Damage: 115
Capacity: 5 rounds
That's expensive. More than an AWP. And only 5 bullets per mag? This thing better hit hard.
At 115 damage, it should one-tap most enemies. But you won't have many chances to miss.
Where Did This Come From?
The October 28 update added LAR files to the game. Players dug through the code and found it hiding there.
The same update also added Big Head Mode to casual play. Plus a toggle for silent reloads. Valve's been busy.
When Will the LAR Release?
No official word yet. The files are there, but Valve hasn't confirmed anything.
Could be weeks. Could be months. Could never happen. That's how leaks work.
But if this rifle does drop, it could shake up the CS2 meta in a big way. A 5-round sniper-rifle hybrid? That's new territory.
