Nemiga Stun Vitality to Reach First Tier 1 CS2 Final at PGL Masters Bucharest

Nemiga just pulled off the upset of the tournament.

The underdog squad swept Vitality 2-0 at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026. They're now headed to their first ever Tier 1 grand final.

The Maps Tell the Story

Nemiga took Cache 13-8. Clean. Controlled. Vitality looked off from the start.

Dust2 was closer. Nemiga held on to win 13-11 in a nail-biter. But they never panicked. They played like a team with nothing to lose.

Vitality Came In Hot

Vitality entered this match as tournament favorites. They were chasing their third straight title. Even with a stand-in player, they looked dangerous throughout the bracket.

But Nemiga didn't care about the odds.

What This Means

This is a Cinderella story. Nemiga has never been at this level before. Now they're one series away from lifting a Tier 1 trophy.

The grand final awaits. Nemiga will face FURIA, who beat MOUZ in the other semifinal.

For Vitality, it's a shocking exit. The three-peat dream is dead.
